The USSTRATCOM Global Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Space Division (J84) is responsible for Global Sensor Integration on Networks (GSIN) functional management. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBC) is responsible for GSIN program management. GSIN was initiated to expose sensor data across the mission areas of Missile Defense, Missile Warning, Space Situational Awareness (SSA), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Provide A&AS support for data production activities and demonstrations that encompass research, analysis, and assessment of strategic mission requirements and capabilities and produce reports and data products. Use current doctrine, publications, and coordination with other responsible organizations involved with USSTRATCOM as a basis for planning and support.

Job Duties: Assist with maintaining and updating existing architectures and data schemas in accordance with the current version of the (DoDAF, using approved architecture tools. Products shall incorporate guidance of higher-level direction, such as the DoDAF and the DISR and investigate disconnects between current system architectures and future capabilities architectures. Prepare and deliver documents for the developed formats and schema used by GSIN data providers and consumers and assist with:
• Preparing and maintaining schedules for the implementation of schema changes and the application of new technologies.
• Documenting improvements to GSIN data administration procedures and techniques.
• Providing data administration support to the GSIN data environment to include identifying and documenting GSIN data requirements and associated metadata.
• Evaluating and documenting GSIN improvements to data administration procedures and techniques.
• Assist with posting, editing, and maintaining GSIN generated products (schemas, data formats, configuration management tools, test plans, etc.) and all other specified content to the GSIN Software Forge site and to the GSIN websites/portals in support of the GSIN mission.

• Familiarity with Joint processes, operations, and commands.
• Familiarity with end-to-end operations and processes from National level through Unit execution

Qualifications:
• A minimum of five (5) years of operational experience with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of current national Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Space, and ISR mission activities.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with DoD programs/projects/efforts employing architecture, specifically with developing Extensible Markup Language (XML) data schemas.
• A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in supporting configuration management with DoD programs/projects/efforts, and with DoD IT standards.
