The USSTRATCOM Global Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Space Division (J84) is responsible for Global Sensor Integration on Networks (GSIN) functional management. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBC) is responsible for GSIN program management. GSIN was initiated to expose sensor data across the mission areas of Missile Defense, Missile Warning, Space Situational Awareness (SSA), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Provide A&AS support for data production activities and demonstrations that encompass research, analysis, and assessment of strategic mission requirements and capabilities and produce reports and data products. Use current doctrine, publications, and coordination with other responsible organizations involved with USSTRATCOM as a basis for planning and support.


Job Duties: Contractor will support GSIN efforts to include assisting with research concerning Missile Warning, Missile Defense, SSA, and Intelligence capabilities, to include, data formats, data exposure concepts, and architectures to support delivery of a Net-centric capability for specific system(s), and collaboration with internal and external agencies on GSIN related subject matter to include:
• Assist with planning and executing GSIN efforts, including all tasks designated for GSIN Operations, oversee and coordinate the activities of all GSIN contractor support , review deliverables prior to delivery, and ensure all contractor tasks are performed in accordance with existing standards and policies.
• Assist with coordination efforts for specific GSIN related events and oversee GSIN contractor team activities associated with such events.
• Performing in depth technical research of Missile Warning, Missile Defense, SSA requirements and concepts, and provide recommendations to the Government regarding requirements not being met by existing Programs of Record.
• Preparing and coordinating GSIN documents and updating document as updates become available. Assist, gather, and coordinate required information for documents from specified staff offices.
• Interpreting and documenting the context related to external agencies' operational data and limitations that need to be considered when communicating with external organizations and systems.
• Providing operational perspective into research and development activities regarding common data standards formats and web services in support of GSIN data schema(s).
• Modifying and maintaining schemas, common data formats, and GSIN architectures by direct interactions with software, data and systems Engineers. Identify disparate data formats and specified tools/processes for data mediation.
• Integrating inputs of other Government agencies and stakeholders and integrating GSIN efforts with other Combatant Commanders.
• Proposing, analyzing, and supporting the development of GSIN related policy and reviewing documents for planning impacts.
• Posting, editing and maintaining specified content on the division's network websites/portals in support of GSIN efforts. Anything first prepared, produced, created, generated, or required to be delivered and/or delivered in the performance of the task order shall be approved and released through the designated Government representative.


Requisite Personnel Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization desired
• Familiarity with Joint processes, operations, and commands.
• Familiarity with end-to-end operations and processes from National level through Unit execution


Qualifications:
• A minimum of twelve (12) years of technical knowledge and operational experience in missile warning, missile defense and space situational awareness mission areas.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in documenting operational capabilities required for missile warning, missile defense and space situational awareness mission areas.
• A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in managing complex technical projects/activities in support of DoD /Government Agency Mission Areas.
