The United States Strategic Command's (USSTRATCOM) global missions require robust information systems and flexible, survivable command and control to support force planning and execution, and to ensure connectivity with globally-deployed forces. USSTRATCOM and CDR Joint Functional Component Command (JFCC) Global Strike (GS) requires Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to accomplish sustainment engineering and integration support to plan for and execute life cycle management, conduct configuration management, perform system engineering, and perform installation/integration of required systems into the USSTRATCOM global infrastructure.

Specific Duties:
• Support to the JFCC/GS with Risk and Cybersecurity work through the following:
• Have experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides and use them for support of this work.
• Have experience with development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts such as, System Security Plan, Security Control Tractability Matrix, Plan of action and Milestone, and Security Assessment Reports for use with this work.
• In relation to information assurance (IA), manage all security features and assurances through control of changes made to hardware, software, firmware, and documentation, throughout the life cycle of the systems and sub-systems.
• Assist in evaluating proposed changes for mission impact, and provide engineering analysis and technical solutions required to support design and integration of new systems and upgrades into C2 ITE hardware and software.
• Provide support to ITE external systems that interface with Global C2 ITE systems to include: risk analysis on proposed architecture changes; evaluation of requirements; technical solution development and implementation in response to validated requirements for proposed architectural changes; technical review of other programs' solutions which will be deployed to USSTRATCOM sites; and technical assistance in configuring existing networks.
• Provide Audio/Visual Systems support by assisting in evaluating proposed changes for mission impact and provide engineering and programming support to integrate new systems and upgrades into C2 audio, video and briefing systems.
• Provide support to all current systems including the PESA video/routing system, Quintron DICES system, and Crestron control system.
• Provide configuration and/or programming support to include the Audio (BIAMP Audio processor programming; DICES system configuration); Video (QuStream PERC 2000 and 3500 Pro programming); Control (CRESTRON programming); Display Signs (Alphanet for Alpha LED signs; Keywest Media POD programming).
• Assist the Program Manager in evaluating proposed changes/upgrades for security accreditation impacts and perform the required engineering and documentation creation required to formulate USSTRATCOM-standard accreditation packages for proposed new systems, reaccreditation of existing systems, and upgrades to accredited Global C2 systems in accordance with USSTRATCOM Information Assurance processes.
• Perform security accreditation and information assurance documentation by preparing and submitting documentation to support evaluation of proposed changes/upgrades for security accreditation impacts.
• Support the Program Manager with engineering and documentation creation required to formulate USSTRATCOM standard accreditation packages for proposed new systems and upgrades to accredited command and control systems in accordance with USSTRATCOM IA processes.

Qualifications:
• In compliance with DODI 8570 requirements at time of hire.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of combined experience with DOD Information Assurance and RMF.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in operational Global C2 Systems.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering and integration of audio/visual systems.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering and integration of Global C2 Systems.
• Possess a minimum of three years of experience as an Information Systems (IS) Analyst on DoD projects and/or systems of similar scope
