CLC: 16016 ISR Mission Management Analyst
The Joint Functional Component Commander for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (JFCC-ISR), located at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Washington, DC executes the ISR mission responsibilities for USSTRATCOM. The JFCC-ISR supports strategic and global operations along with coordinating the deployment and employment of DOD ISR capabilities to the geographic combatant commands (CCMDs). In accordance with responsibilities and authorities outlined in the Global Force Management Implementation Guidance (GFMIG) and CJCSI 3250.01, JFCC-ISR provides global visibility and coordination of ISR forces and is the U.S. Joint Functional Manager for ISR and Principal Functional Manager for Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations. Support the planning, integration, and coordinating Global ISR mission areas currently under JFCC-ISR, including assistance with JFCC-ISR strategic, global operations and coordinating DOD ISR capabilities and employment processes. The Global ISR operations include manned and unmanned airborne, space-based, maritime surface and subsurface, and terrestrial sensors and systems utilizing state of the art web enabled information technology (IT) programs, systems, and capabilities.

Job Duties: Support USSTRATCOM/JFCC-ISR with the following duties:
• Provide 24/7 support to the JFCC-ISR Command Duty Officer by maintaining continuous situational awareness of the location, status and disposition of global ISR forces and capabilities IAW specified command directives and position qualification standards
• Prepare reports and communicate critical event information and changes to the location, status and disposition of global ISR forces and capabilities IAW specified command directives and position qualification standards
• Execute and support specified joint battle watch functions in accordance with specified command directives and position qualification standards
• Facilitate collaborative interaction with equivalent battle watch functions on the Joint Staff, USSTRATCOM, other CCMDs, Service ISR force providers, the defense intelligence agencies, IC mission partners and specified foreign and allied partners in accordance with specified command directives and position qualification standards

Requisite Personnel Qualifications:
• Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization desired
• Familiarity with Joint processes, operations, and commands

Qualifications:
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in assessing, working, and coordinating staff ISR operational issues
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience working with the intelligence cycle and related DOD collection operations, platforms, and sensors
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant joint or US combatant command headquarters intelligence or ISR action officer experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience performing written and oral Communication and Coordination efforts with IT tools
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in developing and presenting complex written products and oral briefings for and to senior leaders at O6 and SES/GS-15 levels or higher
