Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all SharePoint websites that are of use to the SAG.
• Provide administrative and technical support during the two semi-annual SAG Plenary meetings hosted at Offutt AFB, NE
• Provide technical support and recommendations for all J030 maintained equipment
• Manage office Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment in accordance with USSTRATCOM standards
• Assist SAG members and advisors as needed in producing high-quality presentations for senior leadership and distinguished guests
• Provide general administrative support as needed to J030 staff on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, PhotoShop, CorelDraw, and similar industry recognized standard presentation/graphics applications
• Must have ten (10) or more years of experience in developing command-level briefings and taking verbal concepts and rough sketches to develop Senior Leader briefings
• Be knowledgeable of computer hardware and software supporting the Commander Briefing Rooms (Crestron and Tandberg Video Conferencing Systems)
• Be knowledgeable of Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements
• Possess formal training in Graphic Arts to support the development of executive-level, commercial-quality printed and presentation material for senior executives
• Possess formal Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP)
• Must possess experience in technical drawing to produce accurate and complex renderings of systems and information from a combination of verbal instructions and technical specifications
• Must have completed Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Level 1 and Level 2 training and be certified by DISA to perform Video Teleconferences (VTCs) on DISA's Defense Information System Network Video Services (DVS) Networks
• Possess three (3) or more years of experience as a DISN VTC facilitator/coordinator
• Possess two (2) or more years of experience in commercial print layout and support to provide professional consultation and services
• Possess ten (10) or more years of military experience to demonstrate a complete understanding of the systems, missions, personnel, and capabilities of a broad spectrum of military weapons, vehicles, and organizations on order to accurately research and identify supporting images relevant to discussion of military topics of interest
• Possess five (5) or more years of experience in SharePoint site development
