Certification: A current Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II (i.e. CISSP, GSLC, CISM) certification in accordance with DoD Directive 8570 is required
Education: Bachelor‘s degree in IT-related field or five years of job related experience within the
last five years in lieu of a degree

Travel: Ability to travel 15% of the time

Specific Duties: Experience in the following areas is required to perform these job duties:

• Provide services by compiling and producing security documentation to include reviewing security risk reports, security system threat assessments and system security management. 
• Collaborate and work with other Air Force organizations to respond to incidents, manage risk, perform assessments, and improve cyber security posture.
• Provide advice and technical assistance to address system security requirements IAW National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), DoDI 8500.1; DoDI 8500.2, DoDI 8510.01 and other applicable security directives or policies 
• Analyze and provide trends on security constraints and industry best practices; and coordinate efforts with DoD and other Government agencies.
• Assist in the development of a Cyber Awareness program tailored for AMC personnel including providing periodic memorandums or other forms of communications to all AMC staff on emerging and ongoing cyber security threats
• Develop and implement bi-annual security awareness training which include targeted training materials; i.e. phishing, PDF exploits, social media threats, etc.
• Provide subject matter expertise in support of the AMC CIO Program Review process.

Required Skills:
• Must have at least one year of Major Command (MAJCOM) or equivalent level staff work experience. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience with a wide range of computer systems and security tools;
• Management and leadership skills;
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task, make decisions, and work in a fast-paced atmosphere; and Is dependable and reliable

Qualifications:
• Active TS and ability to obtain SCI;
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or five years job related experience within the last five years in lieu of a degree; 
• A current IAT Level II, Security+ certification is required
