Job Duties: Provide support to the USSTRATCOM J2 Adversary Adverse Action Indicator Analysis Cell (A3IAC) with the following duties:

• Provide a Knowledge Manager (KM) to assist with creating project data automated and accessible at multiple classification levels to Combatant Command and IC partners, including allies, through use of SharePoint and other data dissemination tools.
• Knowledgeable of commonly used Intelligence Community tools and security procedures.
• Ensures data is backed up, fully automated, and discoverable by external and internal customers.
• Support efforts to transfer information between different classified databases.

Qualifications:

• Current active TS+ security clearance
• More than Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience using InfoPath, customized workflows, and developing custom code utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Photoshop, jQuery, C#, visual basic and/or visual studio.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience using Highpoint, Web Expression, and SharePoint 2010 and 2013 and SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013.
• Three (3) years demonstrated experience creating and reviewing organization website structures for utilization as a major source for information sharing, dissemination, collaboration and decision making on multiple domains.
• One (1) year demonstrated experience with SharePoint 2010 / 2013 utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities
• Five (5) years of experience developing custom code utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Web Expression, jQuery, C#, visual basic, and/or visual studio to enhance/create SharePoint 2010 / 2013 web parts, web pages and sites to streamline information sharing on SharePoint portals.
