Acquisition Management Journeyman

Job Title: Acquisition Management Journeyman
Location: WPAFB, Dayton, OH
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Clearance: Active Secret required

Specific Duties:
• Accurately develop, maintain, coordinate and modify schedules and calendars for multiple individuals/groups within the organization;
• Produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics and other specialized products and facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as organizational charts; Pyramid Alert/Recall and Shelter-In-Place rosters; travel orders; performance reports i.e. Officer Performance Reports (OPRS) and Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs), civilian and military awards, materials procurement, maintenance and disposition, as well as other periodic or ad hoc reports;
• Assist to establish and maintain official file plans with the use of Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS);
• Produce visual aids such as slides, viewgraphs, briefing charts, and other graphics;
• Support government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials;
• Support government requirements to file and retrieve electronic and/or paper graphics material to facilitate research and expedite creating of briefings and reports;
• Provide briefing assistance which includes compiling and preparing briefings and report in hard copy for special and/or recurring reports;
• Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering and tracking office supplies for the division and divisions;
• Assist with monitoring, opening, and closing conference rooms and escort any visitors to required locations;
• Support the development, editing, and production of reports and presentation materials for internal/external customers consistent with government required formats

Required Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to precisely manage a complex outlook calendar which includes activities such as meetings, travel plans, suspenses, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships across the organization.
• Computer literacy with strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint;
• Ability to perform detailed work independently and accurately with minimal direct supervision;
• Dependable, completes assigned tasks in timely fashion, excellent follow-through;
• Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and shift priorities quickly;
• Previous experience providing daily support to VIPs;
• Knowledge of Air Force protocol is highly desirable


Qualifications:
• 10 years of administrative support is required
