Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM in supporting global missions requiring continuous exercise, training, and assessment. You will assist the planning and execution of joint exercises and wargames, developing current and emergency training and exercises, and mission assessments required to ensure USSTRATCOM and its components are prepared to accomplish their UCP mission.

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:

• Provide analysis, evaluation, training assessment, and after action reporting support for USSTRATCOM exercise and training events
• Observe, document, and gather observations and issues during exercises and events
• Facilitate after action reviews following exercises and training events
• Support briefings and written analysis for General/Flag Officers and senior civilian personnel
• Support the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) for USSTRATCOM and its components
• Manage user accounts, events, binders, Communities of Practice, and provide support with Command Lesson Managers to submit JLLIS observations and issues
• Identify and report strategic and operational shortfalls
• Assist with the planning and development of Concept Development Conferences, Initial Planning Conferences, Mid-planning Conferences, Final Planning Conferences, and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conferences.
• Develop Master Scenario Events and exercise injects to accomplish training objectives
• Prepare, publish, distribute, and archive Joint Exercise documents as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience with After Actions Reporting and Lessons Learned
• Active current Top Secret+ security clearance
  
• Experience with Joint Training System (JTS) and Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
