Summary:

In support of Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) Huntsville, Alabama the Customer Assistance Division (CAD) is responsible for providing continuous training support in the form of Worldwide Logistics Training Workshops (WTLW) to Military, DoD Civilians and Contractors for the compliment of tools made available through the Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) Portal.

Applications supported Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Nonstandard Line Item Number (NSLIN), Lead Material Integrator (LMI) Decision Support Tool (DST) Execution Tracker, Material Common Operating Picture (M-COP), Logistics Product Data Store (LPDS), Cost Analysis Strategy Assessment (CASA), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Expert Authorized Stockade List (ExASL), and Sets, Kits, Outfits and Tools (SKOT).

Job Duties:

• Under direct supervision, the assistant instructor will assist senior instructors with providing in-person training on LIW Tools to LOGSA customers across the globe.
• Assists with development of courses, educational material and training analysis.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, adaptability
• Familiarity with MS Office products

Desired Technical and Professional Experience:

• Knowledge of U.S. Army Logistics policy and procedures, commercial logistics operations, and Instructor/Trainer experience

Qualifications:

• Active current DoD Secret Security Clearance, and an current U.S. Issued Passport
• AS Degree is desired or HS Diploma/GED and equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Willing and able to travel up to 75% in Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS)
