Education: Associate's degree is desired; or 7 years of directly related working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Job Duties:
Assist with process audits (e.g., audit plans and applicable standards)
Assist with auditing practices, methods and techniques to independently plan and conduct evaluations of a variety of programs and functions and relate and interpret findings.
Conduct a broad range of audit life cycle activities, organizational surveys, special studies, or management evaluations to assess the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs, functions, systems or operations.
Analyze information gathered to evaluate compliance with program regulations, policies and procedures, to evaluate accomplishment of program goals and to assess the economy and efficiency of operations.
Prepare audit reports which present findings, cite applicable regulations, identify causative situations, and recommend corrective actions

Required Skills:
• Minimum of five (5) years of process improvement and auditing experience
• Strong writing and editing experience
• ISO or CMMI experience desired
