Overview: Provide services to develop and conduct vulnerability assessments in accordance with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff, USSTRATCOM direction and guidance, Service, and Combatant Command direction and guidance and the JEPAC mission, as well as develop, document and continuously improve the JEPAC vulnerability assessment process model. You will research and understand emerging, relevant EW/EMS technology at multiple classification levels and strive to incorporate appropriate systems into JEPAC assessments.

• Assess the readiness of operational electromagnetic spectrum operations capabilities
• Identifying gaps and limitations
• Delivering timely and relevant assessment results that enable data-driven decisions and electromagnetic spectrum operations capability

Qualifications:

• The Combat Air Force SME must possess over 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience with the following:
• Preferable expertise in fighter/attack combat aircraft; however, experience in other combat air force platforms is acceptable
• Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as joint assignments, CCMD, or service-level staff
• Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JEPAC missions
• Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EW in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JEPAC assessments
• Experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information
• Ability to evaluate emerging EW threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on assessment results
• Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and test resources necessary to execute risk reduction and test events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection, personnel training, issues and alternatives definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity
• Preferable experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JEPAC assessments
• PMP certification is highly desired
