Specific Duties:
• Provide computer operations support for an IBM mainframe support center requiring 24/7/365 support to include:
• Troubleshooting, system efficiency and utilization, and security;
• Monitor system performance and run jobs as required;
• Assist users in resolving problems and scheduling jobs;
• Contact vendors for maintenance related issues;
• Manage and monitor the tape library media;
• Perform back-up duties as required;
• Monitor hardware installation and maintenance requirements.

Required Skills: Qualified candidate must possess the following skills:
• Knowledge and experience in software platforms and tools of IBM Z/OS, Netview, Omegamon on IBM enterprise servers

Qualifications:
• Must possess three years of work experience described in this job posting
• Must be able to work third shift, Monday - Friday and weekends as needed
