LCAT: Computer System Analyst

Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the identification, licensing, installation, configuration control, and maintenance (including upgrades) of agency administrative and analytical systems and software including JWICS)
• Establishing requirements for LAN and WAN connectivity for multiple networks
• Coordinating with the senior leadership and program managers on policies and procedures for personnel access and use of IT assets and capabilities
• Directing the activities of IT Help Desk support personnel including the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT assets
• Directing and ensuring the readiness of VTC to support mission requirements
• Conducting and maintaining IT asset inventories

Qualifications:

• Current/active Top Secret+ security clearance

• Five (5) + years of relevant experience
