Position Description:

S4 Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to provide Content Manager responsibilities supporting Knowledge Management (KM) Support Services to the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The Content Manager oversees the content management and knowledge management processes and provides subject matter expertise in SharePoint management and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides content management and knowledge management expertise.
• Continually update the USAR SharePoint Governance including USARC, KM OPORD, USAR KM Strategy and USARC Content Management SOP
• Identify Knowledge and Process content gaps that impact operations and recommend/implement solutions to remediate
• Participate in creation/distribution of USARC social media content and newsletters.
• Assist USARC in Knowledge Management Policy and Governance

Required Qualifications: The Content Manager shall have:

• Two (2) years of experience in content management and its application across digital and non-digital platforms
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in teaching and/or instruction experience
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field
• Completed Knowledge Management training
• Current active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Army IT support experience
