Travel: Required travel to various sites throughout the US for approximately 20% of the annual work schedule; and must be able to travel on short notice.

Specific Duties:
The services required for this position include providing non-personal advisory and assistance services to assist NORAD-USNORTHCOM (N-NC) J63 Cyberspace Operations Directorate with conducting cyberspace operations, and the intelligence and forensics component with providing predictive and actionable threat characterization and warning of network threats to NORAD and USNORTHCOM missions. Will provide research and analysis by screening network logs, all-source cyber intelligence reporting; assess and summarize evaluated and previously unevaluated information collected as part of day-to-operations. This position requires coordinating with N-NC Directorates (N/NC J2, J3, J5, J7, and J8) and other analytical elements within and outside N-NC in the normal conduct in performing this task order to include national liaison offices and service organizations (i.e., Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, US Cyber Command, Combatant Commands, and respective service elements [AFCYBER, ARCYBER, and 10th Fleet]) associated with the cyber domain.

Required Skills: The work will require expertise, practical operational experience, and technical support in:
• Aptitude to discriminate threat information from all source cyber intelligence and fuse information into actionable intelligence for dissemination of warnings and threat analysis as appropriate;
• Ability to participate within the cyber intelligence and network operations community for coordination and collaboration of cyber threat analysis, and identify, assess, report and brief senior leadership about foreign computer network operations capabilities and vulnerabilities;
• Experience with identifying and using network data and all-source intelligence knowledge concerning intrusions against US networks to facilitate cyber threat analysis to the N-NC communications networks;
• Past experience with incorporating current and scenario-based intelligence information into training objectives for exercise support and providing network intrusion trend data, research information, all-source analytical and future assessment-based cyber intelligence data to be used for the development of new exercise scenarios.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of NORAD-NORTHCOM Mission and C4 Systems;
• Experience conducting cyberspace operations and with providing predictive and actionable threat characterization and warning of network threats.
