S4 Inc. is seeking highly skilled cybersecurity professional to support USCYBERCOM.  In this position you will be required to support the Chief Information Officer by providing information security oversight of USCYBERCOM systems to include security engineering, assistance in penetration testing and assessment of security controls, ensuring compliance with Federal and DoD security policies, and continuous monitoring.

Job Duties:

• Participate in relevant Government meetings as required in support of analyzing and planning for the Government (e.g. J6 and panel preparation, working groups, council, and technical exchange meetings);
• Analyze current DoD cybersecurity policies, processes, capabilities, authorities, architectures for applicability to USCYBERCOM C4/IT systems, cybersecurity processes, and CIO responsibilities;
• Provide recommendations for improvements on proposed policies and strategies;
• Participate on enterprise-level and inter-agency boards, panels, and working groups which serve as the forums in which DoD C4/IT program policy directives are negotiated and defined.
• Assess higher level policy and develop USCYBERCOM CIO and cybersecurity policies IAW higher level policy;
• Assess gaps in existing USCYBERCOM policy and propose amendments to address those gaps;
• Participate in the development and implementation of enterprise-level (Command, Service, DoD, or Federal Government-wide) policy directives and other guidance materials; disseminates policy directives throughout the Command, including the development of supplemental guidance materials essential to ensure affected organizations' understanding of implications for their operations, and full and proper

Qualifications: To be considered for this position you must have:

• Current active TS+ DoD security clearance
• Current DoD 8570 IAM Level II (such as a CISSP) certification
• 5 years of experience as a Cyber Security Policy Analyst or related functional area
• BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
