Education: BS Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems and 10 years hands-on

IT experience with at least 3 of those years providing IT Security/Cybersecurity support and HS diploma or equivalent

Certification: Minimum Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III (CISSP or CISM) certification in accordance with DoD

8570.01-Manual.

Travel:  Occasional

CLC: Cybersecurity SME

Job Duties:

• Provide all facets of cybersecurity support for AFAMS end-users (such as firewalls, NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), DISA ACAS, DISA HBSS, DISA eMASS, DISA STIGs, anti-virus tools experience, experience with TNCO)  

Qualifications:

• Current/Active TS
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems and 10 years hands-on
• IT experience with at least 3 of those years providing IT Security/Cybersecurity support.
• Minimum Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III (CISSP or CISM) certification in accordance with DoD

 Skills:

• Previous hands on experience in all facets of cybersecurity
• Experience with Access Control List, Cisco routers
• Experience with IDS tools
• Experience with firewalls
• Experience with vulnerability scanning
• Knowledge of AFI 33-115, AFI 33-138, AFI 22-200, AFI 33-201, AFSSI 7700
• Knowledge of RMF, previous DIACAP experience
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery planning/COOP
• Pleasant demeanor and exceptional telephone skills
• Ability to deal with difficult customers
