Job Duties: The successful candidate will support the Dept of Army Intelligence Information System.
Time to Productivity: Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple, minor revisions and/or editing.

Have a working understanding of MOSS 2007 and SharePoint 2010 and remain current on all Microsoft SharePoint upgrades with the intention of assisting in the migration of DAIIS SharePoint services to SharePoint 2010 and other subsequent upgrades.
• Log all SharePoint support services for reference. This log islocated in a shared location, updated regularly and provided to any DAC upon request.
• Frequent support functions include but are not limited to:
o TIER 1 Support - Support is done at the time of the request and is provided 24X7.
 Password unlock/change/reset
 New user account creation
 Site manager contact and site permissions.
 Basic troubleshooting and referrals to Tier 2
o TIER 2 Support - support is initiated within 24 hours of the initial request
 Establish requirements for new site collection requests. Requirements shall be sent to the lead DAC for further action.
 Site collection and web part customization
 Troubleshoot web part errors


Required Skills:
• Requires TS+ security clearance
• Excellent communication and writing skills required.
• Should be skilled in MS Office suite


Qualifications:
• TS+ clearance required
• Advance experience with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint Portal
• Previous Help Desk or exposure to Intelligence work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
