CLC: DLA Configuration Management Specialist

Specific Duties:

• Lead or supervise a team of configuration management specialists;
• Provide configuration baseline control throughout the lifecycle of highly complex information systems as well as component software and hardware elements;
• Facilitate and advise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs);
• Maintain allocated, functional and physical baseline control and ability to perform audit support;
• Review all engineering change requests to assess impact upon configuration baseline and logistics support elements;
• Maintain configuration control records and technical documents;
• Work closely with quality assurance and management representatives to ensure accurate and well-documented product baseline;
• Prepare directives for change authorization and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Secret clearance, TS desired
• IAT Level II cert: one of these, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP
• Five years of relevant experience
