LCAT: Facility Ops Analyst

Overview: Provide support to maintain USSTRATCOM's building infrastructure, oversee sustainment requirements, and ensure longevity and continued use of the facilities without loss of productivity as it relates to facility operations related tasks, facility planning, project management, and BIM support related tasks.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of comprehensive facility operations functions and processes with expertise and practical experience with technical civil engineering operations and maintenance activities.

Specific Duties:

• Conduct on-site visits to review state of existing facilities and to assess the need and validity of projects.
• Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance activities.
• Implement policies and procedures for effective operation and coordinate with Base Civil Engineers and other contractors to facilitate the programming and accomplishment of work orders and projects.
• Serves as consultant and advisor on construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Prepares preliminary budget estimates on labor and material for all civil engineering activities associated with maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Evaluates the necessity and or adequacy of requests for maintenance and repair.
• Validates work requests for essentiality, feasibility, and completeness.
• Develops priority of projects and prepares description of work, justification, and line drawings
• Presents data to civil engineers for technical review and approval.
• Determines existing and future repairs of maintenance requirements, installed equipment, and facilities.
• Analyze cost of operation and repair of real property and overall effectiveness.
• Prioritize, submit, schedule, and monitor progress of work orders on facilities.

Qualifications:

• Active/current Top Secret clearance
• 2 years demonstrated relevant experience with knowledge and principles, policies, and practices for comprehensive facility operations functions and processes with expertise and practical experience with civil engineering operations and maintenance activities.
