Certification: Certified IAW the IAT level II candidates are highly desired

JOB SUMMARY:  Provides system design and development support at the work site.   Duties include but not limited to the following duty responsibilities listed below.    Note, all tasks will be accomplished IAW the PWS. One of the two Functional Analyst IVs will have JCIDS experience.

Job Duties:

• Provides technical research and analysis support that assists CYSS in the development of system designs. Supports design activities in a supporting role during the development of Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents, pilot projects or prototypes, or planning releases for smaller systems.
• Supports development efforts such as the design of policies and procedures to enhance CYSS capabilities.
• Develops and maintains an efficient and effective enterprise-service delivery requirements process.
• Communicates baseline service levels to stakeholders through preparing draft expectation management agreements. These agreements shall show a clear understanding between the service provider and stakeholders of their needs and expectations. 
• Provides policy recommendations concerning governing KO services and systems to the Government, including changes to AF Instructions (AFI), Methods and Procedures Technical Orders (MPTO), or other Government directives.
• Assist's in the planning and executing of IT core enterprise pilot projects to demonstrate the potential of key technologies or processes. These plans are used to reduce technology risk, determine the technologies to be integrated in the full system, and demonstrate critical technologies on the prototype system.
• Develops the applicable prototype project plan and provides Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as the Government executes the pilot project. 
• Performs technical research and analysis of IT technologies, analyzes system security risks, and provides recommendations for mitigation to the Government. These plans will provide assessments to aid CYSS in the development, initiation, monitoring, or execution of pilot projects and other IT projects sponsored under AFSPC. 
• Chairs outreach teleconferences with AF Portal content managers to gather and assess stakeholder issues.
• Develops and updates the AF Portal content in accordance with industry best practices.
• Conduct's a yearly survey of all Air Force Portal users to identify changes to the portal. Responds to customer feedback and recommends changes to the AF Portal content to the Government POC for approval, prior to implementation. 
• Support's migration of SharePoint data to common computing environment to include configuring the environment, drafting governance documentation, providing training, SharePoint Administration duties, and managing enterprise metadata such as content types and terms within SharePoint Online. 
• Participates in meetings, IPTs, and PMRs as needed and helps capture minutes as needed.
