Certifications: Current Microsoft Certified, and Apple Certified, and HP Certified are desired

Specific Duties:
- Provide hardware and software problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Experience and technical skills in Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Mac OS clients, MS Exchange, MS Office, HP hardware, and Network Communications
- Customer service skills training is required and good interpersonal skills.
- Field experience in the installation procedures and maintenance procedures that are required in the Senate.
- Microsoft Certified to include at a minimum the latest certifications in all disciplines as applicable to the Senate environment desired
- Apple-certified in all disciplines as applicable to the Senate environment desired
- HP Certified to include certification as Accredited Platform Specialists for platforms including, but not limited to Desktops, Servers, Printers, and Laptops desired
