Job Description

Key member of a team providing support for the US Army Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Services contract supporting systems Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and innovation utilizing a collaborative and iterative process, and progressive addition of innovation as needed to maintain the environment. Support and maintenance of the Army Master Identity Database (AMID) is the core identity data component of the Army ICAM Directory Services.

Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Responsible for performing and leading support of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other IA/CND Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks.
  • Ensures validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation.
  • Leads and performs compliance reviews of computer security plans, performs risk assessments, and validates and performs security test evaluations and audits.
  • Analyzes and defines security requirements for information protection for enterprise systems and networks.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of enterprise-level (Command, Service, DoD, or Federal Government-wide) policy directives and other guidance materials
  • Assess gaps in existing policy and propose amendments to address those gaps.
  • Analyzes the sensitivity of information and performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow.
  • Participate in relevant meetings as required in support of analyzing and planning for the customer.

Minimum Required Experience:

  • Professionally certified as Technical Level III as defined by DODI 8570 to include CISSP
  • 5 years+ of experience as an Information Assurance Security Policy Analyst or related functional area
  • Experienced in Risk Management Framework accreditation process, and Cloud Migration analysis, preparation, certification and monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain relevant security credentials to access the worksite and computer systems.
