Overview: In this position you will be providing services to accomplish Engineering and Analytical support tasks including assessments through ISR analysis, modeling, simulation, and visualization, to include execution and integration support of modeling and simulating tools; design, develop, and test of assessment methodologies, techniques, and databases; perform operations analysis and data evaluation; generate briefs and technical reports; and perform operation and maintenance of associated systems and data as specified.

 

Specific Duties:

  • Utilize government Modeling and Simulation Local Area Network (MSLAN) to provide high-fidelity modeling and detailed analysis support for modeling individual and integrated systems of systems for existing, emerging, and conceptual Global ISR systems and associated tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED).
  • Review documents and perform functional task analyses in support of detailed studies to optimize ISR systems.
  • Provide ISR Modeling and Simulation support to studies and analysis.
  • ISR modeling and simulation operations analysis, research, and data format support
  • Extracting, transforming, and loading ISR data in support of Assessment Division Analyses.
  • Lead the technical subject matter experts in obtaining and analyzing data as input into major management decisions involving all relevant modeling and simulation technical application areas.

Qualifications:

  • Active/current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control-Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), NATO, and Special Access Program (SAP) security access with ability to pass a Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph.
  • Knowledge of Arc Geographic Information System (ARcGiS) and Google Earth or other similar visualization tools
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and how it relates to DoD collection operations, platforms, and sensors
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community, DoD, and global ISR intelligence disciplines such as GEOINT and SIGINT;
  • Familiarity with Collection Requirements Management and associated software tools such as GIMS, PRISM, NSRP and SAVANT
  • Familiarity with Collection Operations Management and associated software tools such as ROME and BVI
  • Familiarity with COTS data analytic applications such as SAS Federal, Tableau, and Spotfire
  • At least three years demonstrated relevant/current experience (within the past five years) in operational physics-based, discrete event step, high-fidelity modeling which shall include the following:
    • Detailed analysis support for modeling individual and integrated systems of systems for existing, emerging, and conceptual global ISR systems and associated TCPED processes
    • Environmental, system, and architecture modeling
    • Modeling and analyzing military ISR architecture, systems, and associated TCPED processes.
    • The entire technical development process to evolve and verify an integrated and life-cycle balanced set of systems. People, product, and process solutions that satisfies the government's requirements
    • Experience with Python, Perl, HTML, C+, Java, and Visual Basic programming languages;
    • Experience conducting technical reviews of analysis output products including briefings and papers.
