S4 Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to advise and assist Government Service Managers within the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in their J6 mission to maximize the value of and continually improve services to the warfighter.

Responsibilities:

• Articulate existing services, offerings, authorized users, cost, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within USSTRATCOM C4IT Roadmap, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) application, Information Technology Financial Management (ITFM) plans, and other artifacts.
• Deliver existing, changes to, and new services within predicted cost, quality, and time estimates while identifying and managing risk.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve warfighter operations and satisfaction with services.
• Implement process and procedure improvements necessary to reduce the labor needed for service management.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, skills, & abilities required:

• Understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work effectively with senior staff and teams.
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills
• Familiarity with direct IT service/support/consulting (Service Desk, Application Support to business partners, IT-Business Liaison, IT Consultant),

Education and Experience:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (desirable)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, and client leadership required, with experience managing large, interdependent integration efforts, requiring proactive leadership and risk management.
• Applicable intermediate ITIL certification (desirable)

Other Requirements:

• Must hold a Top Secret with eligibility for SCI upon contract award.

• Must maintain a positive work environment by communicating and conducting oneself professionally when interacting with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
