Job Duties:

• Responsible for establishment, deployment, sustainment and reporting of Continual Service Improvement processes, functions, IPTs, workgroups, training, plans, maturation and initiatives
• Ensures ITSM and business processes align to and supports the program's strategy, mission, goals and objectives.

Experience: The individual must possess:

• Experience in process documentation and measurement
• CSI development and tracking in a Data Center environment
• Statistics or related field of study desired
• Requires ITILv3 2011 Expert
• ITILv3 2011 Master desired

Qualifications:

Current active Secret security clearance

HS Diploma/GED and 5-10 years of relevant work experience
