Job Duties:

Plan and provide technical advice and assistance to support network resources and connectivity and maintain fully functional mission support capabilities to include all network devices, interfaces, and component parts.  The IT Work Leader or PM must have at least 10 years of experience in either network engineering, information assurance management or as system admin.   Member should hold at least Security + cert (CISSP desired) and have PMP certification.  Provides daily direction to other key personnel and responsible for overall contract deliverables to include schedules, budget, and required reports, which will be determined at the TO level. 

Qualifications:

• Current/Active TS
• The IT Support Work Leader or PM is responsible for the technical and management direction over multi-disciplined, technical and scientifically oriented teams supporting this contract or TO.  He/she is responsible for serving as the liaison with the Air Force primarily via the COR.   Work Leaders will also interact with Quality Assurance Personnel (QAP), and functional area personnel as necessary.   Identify the Work Leader in writing within ten days of award.
• Skills: Ability to deal with difficult customers, Pleasant demeanor and knowledgeable telephone skills
• Previous hands on experience in all facets of systems administration/network management

This contract supports functions described in DoD 8570.01-M and AFMAN 33-285.  Unless waivered, personnel performing System Administrator, Information Assurance Officer, Information Assurance Manager, or any other IA duties must be appropriately certified IAW DoD 8570.01-M and AFMAN 33-285 prior to providing IA services IAW this contract
