Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM's Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessments programs in order to ensure readiness to perform the Command missions. The Individual training SME will assist in the administration of the USSTRATCOM Training Program to include support to USSTRATCOM Directorate and Component training plans, accomplishment and tracking of training for senior leaders, Commander's battle staffs, Military Aide and Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) watch-standers, as well as administration of the Joint Knowledge On-Line (JKO) Learning Management System (LMS).

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:

• Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program format
• Prepare, publish, distribute, and archive Joint Exercise documents as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program format
• Provide support with the identification of an individual and collective task crosswalk; development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components; and administer the aforementioned items in JKO LMS
• Support the government with reviews of Directorate and Component training plans, programs, and records
• Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of SLT within USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components
• Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide and Presidential
• Support the government with the validation and tracking of the Commander's Battle Staff (CBS) Training program, to include verification of assigned CBS members and their currency
• Provide support with the use of Instructional System Design (ISD) methodology (analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, teach, and evaluate) to design, develop, deliver, and maintain/keep current USSTRATCOM mission-related joint training products and courses using JKO LMS, as appropriate. This task shall also concentrate on the end-to-end training plan development and execution

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:

• Current active Top Secret+ security clearance
• Five to seven years of experience in individual training support and working with ISD methodology
