Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will provide assistance to USSTRATCOM/IO to assist in planning support to USSTRATCOM for deliberate, crisis action, and exercise planning; provide mission analysis to support IO planning; course of action development; war gaming; integration with intelligence community; support the development of strategic and operational plans, contingency plans, operations orders, fragmentary orders, staff estimates, concepts support, and strategic operational analysis reports; and support the development and maintenance of policy, planning, and analytical products.

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical skills. Ability to prepare a well-grounded and defensible argument, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization is highly desired.

Qualifications:

• Current active Top Secret+ security clearance
• Five years of experience as a military IO professional as either a generalist or as an information related capabilities expert with experience planning/synchronizing/coordinating effects
• In-depth knowledge of joint warfighting doctrine, unified command structure, joint planning process, and global command and control constructs with application to joint IO
• Must have one of the following:
  • Joint Information Operations Planner's Course
  • Information Operations Qualification Course
  • MAGTF Information Operations Practitioners Course (Intermediate or Advanced)
  • IO Capabilities Application and Planning Course
  • Psychological Operations Qualification Course
  • Navy Information Operations Planning Courses
  • Air Force IO Initial Skills Course
