Overview: The NORAD and USNORTHCOM Information Technology Service Management (N2ITSM)  contract supports the full range of NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) missions to include providing professional, administrative, technical and management support for the N-NC Cyberspace Operations Directorate (N-NC/J6) to support the enterprise information technology (IT) services provided by the N-NC/J6 in support of NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) missions.  Provide IT services to N-NC based on the industry best practices Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework that allows for high-quality, measurable performance of IT services and meet all N-NC IT requirements through the entire life-cycle of each IT service in all possible operating environments to include: stable day-to-day operations, deployed operations, exercises, and contingencies.

Specific Duties:

• Maintains integrity of the operating system environment;
• Performs system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, testing, and coordination; Performs workstation and server administration setup;
• Coordinates disk space planning and management;
• Maintains growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries, and software and hardware inventories; Performs data backups and recoveries;
• Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements;
• Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting;
• Maintains production change control schedule and participates in change control
