Specific Duties:

• Alternate Equipment Control Officer responsible for management of equipment using AFEMS-AIM
• Responsible for the completion of assigned logistics projects and reports within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
• Resolve customer complaints or problems and confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities
• Manage and maintain the organization's asset management program
• Responsible for the completion of assigned logistics projects and reports within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
• Responsible for to complete assigned tasks for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of personnel to complete assigned tasks (such as, but not limited to, procurements, equipment asset management, warehouse operations, and DRMO operations)
• Resolve customer complaints or problems and confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities
• Review and maintain Bench stock/Tech Refresh Plans/track warehouse inventory status
• Receive, pick up, stock, inventory, and deliver (deploy) IT equipment
• Conduct Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO)
• Manage and maintain the warehouse bench-stock and Technical Refresh Plan stocks
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training, and safety records 
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes
• Oversee inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time
• Experience with MS Office Professional to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio

Skills:  

• Previous experience managing Information Technology Equipment Custodian accounts using AFEMS-AIM
• Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
• BS/BA degree and 5+ years of experience
• Experience planning and directing the facility property management program of an organization
• Experience collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as processing procurement of new equipment, order management, accounting, equipment accountability, and warehouse management
• Experience preparing and maintaining, metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service support, and training related to property accountability

Qualifications:

• This position requires an active current Secret security clearance
• BS/BA: 5+ years of experience with Inventory control
• Equipment Control Officer responsible for assigned Asset Management Program
• Experience using AFEMS-AIM
• Management of Government warehouse operations
• Superior interpersonal customer skills
• ITILv3 Foundation Certification
