Job Title: Integration Tester

Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Current Active Secret

Education: Bachelor's Degree (or a commensurate combination of education, training, and experience required)

Experience: Plus 6 years of experience

Certification:  Current Security+ CE, and a current MCSE Server 2012R2 (or higher) and ITIL v3 certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days)

Contract Labor Category: Integration Tester

Specific Duties:

• Integration, lab management, hardware prototyping and troubleshooting efforts on (various) vendor hardware
• Perform software application tests for systems that include Windows and Linux operating systems on server, workstation, and router hardware
• Perform detailed functional and security analyses
• Apply quality control/quality assurance management procedures, including conducting a program of reporting, tracking and analyzing key metrics, monitoring quality procedures and participating in process reviews and testing
• Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company, contractual, and regulatory standards
• Provide detailed monthly/quarterly status reporting that is required by government customer
• Develop test data and predefine specific test acceptance criteria
• Other contract duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Experience administering Microsoft 2008 and newer servers

• Experience working in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory (AD), DNS, Certificate Services (CA); including creating, managing, and troubleshooting Windows group policies (GPO)
• Proven ability to identify and isolate discrepancies to software, hardware, and configuration data
• Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records, follow current procedures, and develop new procedures as customers require
• Candidate must be able to plan and execute work with minimal supervision, possess time management skills, solve moderately complex problems, and manage conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
• Ability to interface with multiple organizations (mainly Projects team) throughout the testing/evaluations lifecycle to include establishing requirements and schedules
• ITIL Service Validation and Test (SVAT) experience preferred
