Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM in creating and maintaining accurate and timely current and long-term all-source intelligence to satisfy requirements for Indications and Warnings (I&W), Situational Awareness (SA), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), and Target Systems Analysis levied by the USSTRATCOM planning and operational communities

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:

• Support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of joint exercises and wargames
• Assist in the development, coordination, and management of the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to track key actions and deliverables
• Assist with the planning and development of Concept Development Conferences, Initial Planning Conferences, Mid-planning Conferences, Final Planning Conferences, and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conferences.
• Develop Master Scenario Events and exercise injects to accomplish training objectives
• Prepare, publish, distribute, and archive Joint Exercise documents as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:

• Active current Top Secret+ security clearance
• Seven years of experience working with U.S. Government Interagency functions or processes OR five years of hands-on experience analyzing and synthesizing multiple interagency products such as reports, meeting minutes, speech transcripts...
• Prior experience with a non-DoD government agency such as State Department, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, etc. highly desired.
