Job Description

The Joint Education Program Manager will support USSTRATCOM/J7-J14 joint organizational development and innovation activities. By utilizing reach-back structure and capability, including Joint Staff, OSD, USCYBERCOM, Services, Agencies, and non-government organizations expertise, this individual will provide planning, development, execution, and analysis of Command-wide joint training, education, professional development, and organizational development programs

Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Support Joint organizational development and innovation initiatives
  • Utilize reach-back structure and capability to include Joint Staff, OSD, USCYBERCOM, Services, Agencies, and non-government organizations expertise to provide support
  • Provide Program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods to include ISD
  • Provide program and process management of joint education and professional development programs
  • Provide Joint training, education, and professional development database administration, analysis, and problem solving
  • Provide Web development services
  • Focus on customer needs
  • Communicate well verbally and in writing
  • Establish rapport with many different types of people
  • Critically evaluate problems and develop solutions
  • Rapidly adapt to change
  • Organize, plan, and schedule

Minimum Required Experience:

  • Active current Top Secret+ (TS) security clearance
  • At least 6 years of experience routinely interfacing with academic institutions at the graduate level
  • At least 3 years of experience providing program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting joint training and education program activities
  • At least 3 years of experience maintaining online presence for joint training items employing current and emerging Web standards
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting division training strategies through analysis of student needs, identifying target audiences, and applying training solutions
  • At least 3 years of providing advanced functional systems analysis design, integration, documentation, and training of integrated organizational development efforts
