Education/Experience: HS Diploma/GED and seven+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree is desired.  Experience in use of United States Air Force (USAF) provisioning system and the ability to review provisioning data for accuracy and format prior to submittal for review at spares conferences.

Duties: include but are not limited to:

• Technical Writing of Technical Orders or Support of Provisioning Technical Orders.
• Reviewing data to determine the magnitude of the changes required.
• Posting of updates and relines based on comments provided by engineers.
• Participating in spares conferences, seventy percent (70%) TO review meeting and Post Integration Reviews (PIRs) in order to address questions to record action items.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and verify wire lists, schematics, and illustrated parts breakdown to verify the accuracy of technical data prior to TO publication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include MS Project files, MS Word files, MS Visio files, MS PowerPoint
• Basic Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with Arbotext Editor and SGML conversion/tagging
• Use of AutoCAD in order to modify TO drawings
• Experienced in creation and correction of Technical Orders and User Manual Instructions for format and grammar
• Ability to correct TO instructions for format and grammar

Qualifications:

• Active current Secret clearance
