Overview: S4 Inc. is looking for a Knowledge Analyst, Mid-Level, to support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) at Nellis AFB, NV. The mission of the JCER is to develop superior electromagnetic capabilities; evolve to an agile, fully integrated Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) infrastructure; pursue total force EMS readiness; securing enduring partnerships for EMS advantage; and establishing effective EMS governance to support strategic and operational goals.

Job Duties:

• Assist with the development and maintenance of a shared drive file structure plan;
• Assist in the standardization of unit products (PowerPoint templates, unit memorandums, etc.); website content, maintenance, operations, evaluation of data standards, and data collection;
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a process for unit records keeping

Qualifications

• This position requires five years of experience reviewing documents for proper classification;
• Ability to support data collection during exercise planning, evaluation, execution, and analysis;
• Ability to develop standardization recommendations and procedures for web developers, information providers, and knowledge facilitators;
• Ability to assist with the development, maintenance, and standardization of JCER file naming conventions, templates, and various document types
• Current active Top Secret+ security clearance
• HS Diploma/GED or Bachelor's in English is desired
