Job Duties:

• Assist in analyzing, planning, and integration of enterprise level KO related systems and applications
• Analyze project requirements, assess available solutions, recommend the optimal solution, and develop a plan for fielding the changes.
• Providing strategic planning support for migrating collaboration environment solutions
• Propose integrated plans for existing and future KO-related systems. Outline the migration from current systems to identified solutions.
• High-level plan that addresses risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, actions, and impacts.
• Provide recommendations for review and approval
• Analyze and validate support requirements submitted by stakeholders.
• Analyze and coordinate with the stakeholders for clarity and completeness as required.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. 

Required Skills:  

• Ability to work in a team environment using and applying industry best practices, processes and techniques, associated with various software development methodologies to provide IT/IM support. 
• Must be a self-starter. 
• Has a demonstrated track record of success leading new large-scale business initiatives.
• Provide technical research and analysis support that will assist in the development of system designs.
• Design activities are anticipated in a supporting role during the development of pilot projects or prototypes, or planning releases for smaller systems.
• Assist in the planning and executing of collaborative environment pilot projects to demonstrate the potential of key technologies or processes.
• Developing the applicable prototype project plan and providing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during project execution.
• Develop and update KO related content in accordance with industry best practices.
• Update and sustain Collaborative environments.
• Validate system requirements and objectives, design, configure, execute testing, migrate environments, maintain layouts, modify site layouts, update and/or add content, create/edit web parts, manage user access and permissions based on program requirements.
• Evaluate Collaborative environments and provide recommended capability and functional enhancements.
• Develop and provide environment training
• Respond to customer feedback.
• Recommend changes to Collaborative environments.

Qualifications:

• Active current Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of job related experience or 4 years of job related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong written and oral communication skills will be required.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience with the Air Force in an IT role
• Ability to work in a team environment and be a strong advocate for the company. 
• Background in Project Management or equivalent is desired
