Job Duties:

S4 Inc. is looking for a Logistics Management Specialist to support our team in maintaining accountability of the work ordered equipment while in the possession of the contracted technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on the telephone, through service order systems, and email.
• Tracks shipment of IT equipment sent via UPS/FedEx /Truck/USPS report information to the COR and customers.
• Creates bill of ladings, hand receipts, load plans when transporting IT equipment. Responsible for signing for (sub hand receipting) all work ordered equipment that comes to the G-6.
• Serve as the person to issue, inventory, and sign for government keys to contractors.
• Coordinates and signs out government equipment to customers and works with the installation Property Book Office on all transfer paperwork in PBUSE.
• Provides warehouse functions support.
• Assists with obtaining vendor quotes for IT items purchased by the Government.
• Maintains accountability and signs out all supplies to all G-6 personnel.
• Works closely with all CASCOM G-6 government employees while maintaining Contractor specific functions.
• Monitors risk reports, identifies, and corrects discrepancies caused by supply system issues.
• Track all actions within the Plans and Programs section, to include helpdesk actions to maintain records and billing information.
• Track, maintain and issue annual lifecycle replacements for cellular devices.
• Receive devices from the cellular service provider, match Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards, document process and submit a service ticket to the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) for password resets/activation.
• Ensure devices identified for issue be in good working condition and configured with the user s information.
• Maintain the wireless information in the AtHoc Management portal with device and user information.
• Submit cellular service provider plan changes to the COR based on mission changes/requirements, for example, personnel traveling OCONUS.
• Maintain an inventory of all unassigned cellular devices and submit to the COR quarterly for review.

Qualifications:  The Contractor should be familiar with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards.
