 Overview: The NORAD and USNORTHCOM Information Technology Service Management (N2ITSM)  contract supports the full range of NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) missions to include providing professional, administrative, technical and management support for the N-NC Cyberspace Operations Directorate (N-NC/J6) to support the enterprise information technology (IT) services provided by the N-NC/J6 in support of NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) missions.  Provide IT services to N-NC based on the industry best practices Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework that allows for high-quality, measurable performance of IT services and meet all N-NC IT requirements through the entire life-cycle of each IT service in all possible operating environments to include: stable day-to-day operations, deployed operations, exercises, and contingencies.

 Specific Duties:

• Responsible for managing, instructing, directing, and checking the work of warehouse, equipment custodian, and financial and supply management personnel.
• Responsible for the completion of assigned logistics projects and reports within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
• Leads a group of logistics and financial technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of personnel to complete assigned tasks (such as, but not limited to, underpinning contracts, procurements, equipment asset management, warehouse operations, financial / Supplier Management, or operations/user support).
• Resolve customer complaints or problems and confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
• Manage and maintain the organization's asset management program.
• Supervise equipment custodian staff assistance visits and mandatory training requirements.
• Direct organizational operations, projects, and services.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training, and safety records.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.
