Job Duties: The successful candidate will use their all-source analytical skills and prior experience supporting the Department of the Army Intelligence Information Services (DAIIS) Intelligence Operations Support Services.
Time to Productivity: Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple, minor revisions and/or editing.

• Provide support to global information requirements through the dissemination of publicly available information, media, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) by maintaining multiple intelligence web portals, sites, and online databases.
• Identify and maintain a collection of daily open source intelligence reporting relevant to global information requirements.
• Review, validate and prioritize Army OSINT research and collection requirements
• Review and manage Army accounts for OSINT collection and analysis programs and tools
• Create and update Army OSINT best practices guidelines in conjunction and coordination with existing and proposed Army, DoD and IC guidance.
• Continuously identify new sources of information using multiple sources including websites, databases, and email distribution.
• Record Data Transfers in a Task Log to capture details, including date and time, number of files, and total size of the transfer.
• Provide 24 x7 support to open source dissemination conducted on the CENTRIXS-ISAF, JWICS, SIPRNET, Stone Ghost, BICES, NSANet, CENTRIXS-KOREA and NIPRNet networks.
• Provide CAVEICE Account Management
• Coordinate with Army G2, DIA and other DoD and IC organizations to identify approved open source collection, analysis and visualization tools approved for Army open source enterprise
• Coordinate prerequisites and tool-specific required training for enterprise tools and services
• Perform and coordinate local training and mobile training teams as needed
• Be prepared to test, demonstrate and if needed teach analysts utilization of and specific aspects of tools and services
• Coordinate responses to informal or formal RFIs that can be answered in full or in part by enterprise open source tools or services
• Maintain records of users showing accounts requests, training, account status, unit information, POCs, and other relevant information
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and other Army enterprise open source web portals on multiple networks
• Provide detailed reports and metrics of Army utilization of Army enterprise tools and services
• Be responsible for the continuous road-mapping and vetting of relevant internet and NIPRNet sites as well as U.S. and Coalition classified networks. Road-mapping requires proactive identification of new sites and resources through daily on-line searching and collaboration with OSINT piers throughout the U.S. intelligence and coalition communities.
• Be responsible for maintaining topic pages on DAIIS NIPRNet portals on a daily basis. These topic pages include geographic/country pages, cultural intelligence and foreign language resource pages, among others.
• Check topic pages for broken links two times weekly replacing broken links with new replacement or equivalent URLs.
• Maintain the DAIIS web portals on multiple networks. Maintenance to the DAIIS web portals shall be conducted twice weekly. Web site maintenance includes, but is not limited to, external and internal link checks and searching for new open source producers and websites.
• Identify new open source and publicly available information through the road-mapping process.
• Transfer data to and from multiple US and allied computer networks, observing proper classified handling procedures specific to each network.
• Use the DNI CAPCO Implementation Manual as the primary resource for properly classifying and handling of US Classified Information, as well as issued DNI's U.S. Information Sharing Policy and Guidelines.
• Ensure all transfers are on a properly classified and marked compact discs or other designated media. Transfers from higher classified networks to lower classified networks shall require two classification reviews, to ensure no spillage of information occurs. In the case of text files, one of the reviews shall be automated while the second shall be completed visually by contractor personnel using the approved software. For all other classified products, two separate visual reviews shall be completed manually by two separate contractor personnel. Transfers from lower classification networks to higher classification networks shall require one visual review to ensure proper handling of classified information and a virus scan prior to transferring data to the target network.


Required Skills:
• Requires TS+ security clearance
• Excellent communication and writing skills required.
• Should be skilled in MS Office suite, Analyst Notebook, and Intelligence Highly Desired


Qualifications:
• TS+ clearance required
• Advance experience with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint Portal
• Previous all sources intelligence experience
• Experience with Army Intelligence, specifically INSCOM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
