Overview: S4 Inc. is looking for highly skilled Intelligence professionals to assist the Commander, United States Strategic Command (CDRUSSTRATCOM) with the mission of Strategic Deterrence, Space Operations, Joint Electronic Warfare, Global Strike, Global Missile Defense, and analysis and targeting. In this position you will be required to provide situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support Indications and Warnings (I&W), authoring strategic regional and global Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment (JIPOE) products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide advisory and assistance for adversary land-based mobile ICBMs that support CDRUSSTRATCOM's Strategic Deterrence, Global Strike, Global Missile Defense, analysis and targeting mission areas.
  • Support CDRUSSTRATCOM plans and JIOPE analysis. Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning, and authoring intelligence products for the USSTRATCOM Headquarters staff, assigned Component Commands and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Prepare, integrate, brief, and publish broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues to inform senior decision makers in acquisition, operational, planning, and policymaking communities.
  • Conduct near-, mid-, and long-term analysis supporting the JIOC's mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning.
  • Support, establish, and continue a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats.
  • Support the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting.
  • Participate on teams for special projects or studies of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of strategic deterrence issues and problems, and interpret complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance to prepare recommendations for management.
  • Maintain Government furnished databases and software applications, to include use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations.
  • Attend Government meetings as required in support of analyzing and planning for the Government. These may include periodic training, staff, production, and technical exchange meetings.
  • Provide analytical support for the development, validation, implementation, and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Command exercises, training events, war games, and crisis response operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Active current TS clearance
  • 12 years of demonstrated relevant experience providing support for plans and JIPOE analysis. Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning, and authoring intelligence products for the USSTRATCOM Headquarters staff, assigned Component Command and Task Forces, and the IC.
  • 12 years of demonstrated relevant experience and ability to prepare, integrate, brief, and publish broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues.
  • 12 years of demonstrated relevant experience conducting near-, mid-, and long-term analysis supporting the JIOC's mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning. Must be familiar with utilization of open source, social media exploitation tools.
  • 12 years of demonstrated relevant experience supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting.
  • 12 years of demonstrated relevant experience providing analytical support for the development, validation, implementation, and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions, and technology.
  • 12 years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command, or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least eight years of experience are analyzing strategic mobile missiles, or at least 12 years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience with adversary strategic mobile missiles. SME or recognized expert with general DIA analytic credentials who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on adversary strategic mobile missiles.
