LCAT: Modeling and Simulation Support SME
Overview: In this position you will be providing support to the Standoff Munitions Applications Center, a component of the Joint-Global Stirke Operations Center (J-GSOC), located at Barksdale AFB, LA and other locations within the CONUS and OCONUS.
Specific Duties:
- Assist with modeling tasks requiring the design, development, and adaptation of mathematical, statistical, econometric, and other scientific methods and techniques for evaluating and reporting the probable effects of alternative courses of action.
- Assist with researching, developing, and maintaining the necessary models and simulations to support detailed analysis of many-on-many scenarios involving friendly and adversary systems.
- Coordinate with DoD and the IC to assist with developing organizational relationships and facilitate modeling development.
- Provide administrative, network, and security support as necessary to ensure availability of hardware and software for regular and emergent COA development.

Qualifications:
- Active/current Top Secret+ DoD security clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree (Master's degree preferred) in a related technical field (engineering, statistics, physics) OR five years of experience in a related technical field.
- Experience with DoD M&S programs/environments such as EADSIM or AFSIM.
- Experience participating in Intelligence Community and Combatant Command (COCOM) discussions, working groups, or exchanges regarding M&S and analysis studies
