Job Duties:
The services required for this position include providing non-personal services in support of N-NC J7 Joint Training and Exercise Directorate. The purpose of this work is to provide an Event Information Sharing Service (EISS) Integrated Training Interface for the Global Training Environment (GTE) and to deliver Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and Plans of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) documentation in accordance with DoDI 8510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology to allow N-NC/J7 M&S to distribute its Global Training Environment (GTE) to external customers operating in multiple security enclaves.

Required Skills: The work will require expertise, practical operational analysis experience, skills and technical support for the following:
• Ability to provide support of the expansion of GTE to include the addition of a training interface between the existing EISS program and GTE which is limited to the isolated training enclaves within Cheyenne Mountain AFS and NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) facilities on Peterson AFB.
• Experience with expanding training capabilities to participants through networks like the Joint Training & Experimentation Network (JTEN) and Air Reserve Component Network (ARCNet), mature training entities such as Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC), and emerging capabilities on the Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) and USSTRATCOM Training Enterprise Network (USTEN).
• Ability to provide EISS Integrated Training Interfaces for N-NC/J7 Qualification Trainer (QT) and Global Training Environment (GTE) to support N-NC Command Center (N2C2) crew qualification training and crew proficiency training requirements.
• Experience with developing and delivering an EISS Integrated Training Interface for N-NC/J7 to support N2C2 crew qualification and crew proficiency requirements.
• Experience with EISS Integrated Trainer capability to incorporate EISS and allow it to function in a stand-alone training network, receive simulated geospatial track data, playback historical events merged with dynamic inputs from Air Force Modeling and Simulation Training Toolkit (AFMSTT's) Air Warfare Simulator (AWSIM).
• Ability to develop the architecture of the EISS Integrated Trainer and designed to be a flexibly interface to updated versions of EISS, to include changes to Decision Support data fields, associated data sources, and corresponding "White Cell" replay injections. Experience with providing training support to enable J7 trainees, model operators and system administrators to integrate EISS capabilities into the current QT and GTE training environments.
• Ability to develop training documentation that includes Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP's) for the EISS Integrated Training Interface in all domains (Air, Land, Cyber, and Maritime).

Qualifications:
• Experience developing and documenting information assurance accreditation packages.
• Possess either an Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification in accordance with DOD Directive 8570.1M baseline certifications.
