The services required for this position include providing non-personal services in support of the commander/director in the establishment, revision, and execution of a comprehensive, organization-wide Joint training program. Provide expertise on the policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient planning, development, execution, engagement, and evaluation in support of the Commands individual and staff training in order to improve the Commands readiness posture.

Job Duties: The work will require expertise, practical operational analysis experience, and technical support in the following areas:
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute training events to include: coordinating attendance, facilities, training materials and discussion questions, conduct registration and attendee check-in and provide discussion results
• Expertise to provide support in the planning and execution of the N-NC Command Indoctrination Course
• Ability to provide support in the planning and execution of the Command Indoctrination Course consisting of conducting 4.5 day command indoctrination training on a monthly basis to orient new personnel to N-NC mission sets and general business practices, to include GO/FO/SES indoctrination.
• Experience with conducting administration required for advertisement/registration, LMS coordination, schedule SME instructors, coordinate senior officer participation, develop course books, align computer and IT support, evaluate and distribute critiques, send follow-up surveys to former students, annually review course content and respond to change recommendations
• Prior experience with providing support in the development of the Commands' Continuum of Learning capability and implement the Joint Staff Continuum of Learning blended training methodology across the N-NC Headquarters
• Expertise in the development of function specific academic training and follow on training objectives
• Ability to assist in the planning and execution of the Commands' Academic Outreach program and provide support in the establishment of educational partnerships and engage civilian and service colleges/ universities for research of identified N-NC specific gaps and seams
• Experience with designing, planning, preparing, executing, evaluating, analyzing and reporting results of joint training in accordance with the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) and JTS Phase III (Execution phase)

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of NORAD-NORTHCOM Mission and systems
• Experience with JTS and JTIMS processes
