Job Duties:
The services required for this position include providing non-personal services in support of the N-NC J664 that manages DoD Command and Control (C2) Programs of Record to ensure programs support NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) information sharing requirements; engineer and integrate future upgrades and coordinate training for each system; manage the NORAD USNORTHCOM Command Center (N2C2) Common Operational Picture (COP) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) integration and engineering while maintaining net-centric all-domain track management and geospatial information sharing across DoD and Non-DoD (interagency) systems. N-NC J664 is the single integrator and operator of the N-NC C2 Mission Systems Enterprise, ensuring capabilities and services across all networks. N-NC J742 is responsible for Modeling & Simulation support to N-NC J7 Joint Training and Exercise Directorate. Tasks include Systems Engineering (SE) and Project Management (PM) support, Information Technology (IT) management and training, as well as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Services support to N-NC to effectively use Air Event Information Sharing Service (A/EISS), Maritime Event Information Sharing Service (M/EISS) and other emerging EISS services.
Requisite Skills: The work will require expertise, practical operational analysis experience, skills and technical support for the following:
• Ability to provide EISS Integrated Training Interface for N-NC J7 Qualification Trainer (QT) and Global Training Environment (GTE) to support N-NC Command Center (N2C2) crew qualification training and crew proficiency training requirements.
• Experience with developing and delivering an EISS Integrated Training Interface for N-NC J7 to support N2C2 crew qualification and crew proficiency requirements.
• Capability to incorporate EISS (not emulated or simulated) and allow it to function in a stand-alone training network, receive simulated geospatial track data, playback historical events merged with dynamic inputs from AFMSTT's Air Warfare Simulator (AWSIM), selectively inject "White Cell" data, and synchronously stimulate or respond to the other mission systems.
• Ability to design architecture for the EISS Integrated Trainer which will be designed to flexibly interface to updated versions of EISS, to include changes to Decision Support data fields, associated data sources, and corresponding "White Cell" replay injections.
• Capacity to develop a cross-domain solution in order to achieve full integration between EISS (an unclassified system) and QT/GTE (SECRET/REL systems).
• Ability to provide training support enabling J7 trainees, model operators and system administrators to integrate EISS capabilities into the current QT and GTE training environments and develop training documentation that includes TTP's for the EISS Integrated Training Interface in all domains (Air, Land, Cyber, and Land) as required.

Qualifications:
• The ability to speak, read and write in Spanish;
• Ability to translate in Spanish is desirable
