Job Duties: The services required for this position include:
Providing Military Support to Law Enforcement exercise planning and analysis; training; education; equipment and collaboration. Duties will also include working and coordinating with N-NC J714 VIGILANT GUARD Branch, the N-NC J72 Training and Education Division, N-NC J5 Strategy, Policy and Plans Directorate, N-NC National Guard Directorate, Royal Canadian Liaison Offices, N-NC J9 Interagency Directorate, NC J3 Operations Directorate and NC Component Commands.
Requisite Skills: The work will require expertise, practical operational analysis experience, and technical support in the following:
• Ability to work with minimal oversight with a focus on training, education, equipment collaboration at the tactical/local levels which will result in a clear strategic impact
• Experience in Military Support to Civilian Law Enforcement concepts, doctrine and operations
• Familiarity with USNORTHCOM missions and organization
• Strong tactical and operational knowledge and ability to operate and communicate at the strategic level
• Strong knowledge of the National Guard, Title 10 and Law Enforcement concepts and doctrine
• Strong personal initiative and ability to interpret strategic guidance/intent from government inputs and formulate and brief courses of actions (COAs) and ways ahead
• Ability to travel on a regular basis

Qualifications:
• Prior National Guard, Title 10 and Law Enforcement experience desired
• Active TS
