Job Title: N2ITSM Program Chief of Staff

Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Active, Current TS+

Education: BS/BA desired; or HS Diploma/GED plus 10+ years managing DoD IT projects/programs

Experience 5+ years of ITSM Management experience

Certification: Current Security+ CE, PMI/PMP desired

Travel: Occasional

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Specific Duties:

Reports directly to the N2ITSM PM

Oversees and manages the N2ISM deliverables

Interfaces directly with the government customer

Coordinates and leads meetings between S4, contract subcontractors, and government customer

Reviews and edits reports and plans associated with the N2ITSM contract

May directly supervise personnel

Plans and directs administrative and operational activities for the contract

Establish and maintain strong rapport with program and government team leads

May serve as a Project Manager

Skills:

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask

Ability to address task order requirements and data calls

Excellent writing skills

Experience Microsoft Office tools

Proven team leadership ability

Qualifications:

• Active current TS+ clearance
• BS/BA Information Technology desired
• 5+ years of IT Management
• Current Security+ CE
