Overview: In this position you will be supporting the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (EC) Directorate in their efforts to improve the governance of NC3 operations, requirements development, assessment and analytics, compliance and inspection, and system engineering and integration.

Specific Duties:

• Support the NC3 EC in the governance of the NC3 Enterprise Analytic Framework, to include execution and administration of an enterprise risk governance board structure; identifying, tracking, and managing applicable enterprise risks and describe the operational, programmatic, policy, and engineering activities that expose NC3 operations to risk; and establishing the inherent risk levels that would prevent the achievement of NC3 mission and operational objectives.
• Assist the NC3 EC in the design, plan, operations, governance, advocacy, and administration of the NC3 Enterprise Data Strategy and Implementation for the NC3 Enterprise Data Environment.
• Assist the NC3 EC in the development, governance, maintenance, updating, and communication of the NC3 Enterprise Analytics Strategy.
• Assist the NC3 EC in the identification, maintenance, updating, and administration of the NC3 Enterprise Modeling and Simulation Catalog.
• Assist the NC3 EC in the design, plan, operations, governance, advocacy and administration of the NC3 Enterprise Federated Lab Environment.
• Provide access to and leverage, as required, contractor capabilities, contractor resources, and recognized authorities with experience in specific mission areas to enhance support to the NC3 Enterprise Center, (i.e. cyber-related support, modeling and simulation, and support specializing in rethinking large-scale, complex, problems important to the mission).

Qualifications:

• Active/current Top Secret+ DoD security clearance
• 5-10 years of experience in managing the effective development and use of data systems to include collection, organization, storage, protection, and analysis of data systems; implementation of backup and restoral procedures and working practices; and ensuring compliance with data architecture and data management standards and procedures defined in the Data Management Framework.
