Overview: In this position you will be required to troubleshoot network systems when necessary and make improvements to the network.

Job Duties:

• Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain hardware and software for network services, storage networking devices, and servers as well as integrate multiple information systems in a networked environment,
• Evaluate and resolve customer information system problems, effect required hardware upgrades and repair to maintain mission capability.
• Install and configure hubs, routers, switches, and various transmission media, server hardware and software,
• Ensure the proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for efficient operation on the network.

Require Qualifications:

• Top Secret+
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relative industry experience
• Experience working with relevant network systems and networking principles
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification

Desired Qualifications:

• Current ITIL v3 Foundation certification
